Meet Rayna

My name is Rayna! I have been in the mental health field since 2016 and doing psychotherapy since 2019. I studied counseling psychology at the University of Denver. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in Utah and Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC) in New Mexico and Perinatal Mental Health–Certified (PMH-C) psychotherapist.

My practice is rooted in a deep commitment to supporting individuals through the complexities of perinatal mental health, including pregnancy and infant loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, and the emotional transitions of parenthood. I also work with clients experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life stressors.

At the heart of my approach is a safe, thoughtful, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens through compassion, patience, self-awareness, and humor. Together, we’ll work to understand your struggles, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful change.

I’m passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery—and honored to be part of that journey.

In my freetime, I love spending time with my husband and dogs, Cali and Frankie, driving to the mountains, sitting lakeside and relaxing outside.
